Austin, TX – September 7, 2022 – ​​Embellishing on their classic psychedelic sound, Geranium Drive joins forces with producer Steve Terebecki (White Denim) on their latest single. “Movies” marks a more buoyant pop driven approach for the band, echoing the effortless slacker rock of “Crooked Rain” speckled with a tinge of Texas Americana. Droves of loose, playful guitar riffs and silk-laden harmonies lay the perfect backdrop to the tune’s escapist theme, proposing maybe “life’s always been more like the films.”
